The lesson header

40Start the lesson

One tidy line across the board: a thought for the day, the class, a name, the date, the lesson's times.

Find itInsert β†’ Lesson header…
ChooseTick what you want. The thought can be one of fifteen presets picked at random, or your own. Time starts now and runs for however many minutes you set.
LookText and rule colours, five underline styles, and top or bottom placement. The preview shows the finished line as it will appear.
AfterwardsIt is ordinary text and a line, so you can drag it, retype it, or recolour it like anything else on the board. It never overlaps the watermark.
On every boardIn the Lesson header panel, under Repeat on every new board, three switches: Add this header automatically, Stamp the board number and Stamp the date & time it was added. Switching one on applies it to every board in the deck straight away — the first board included — and to each board you add afterwards. A board never gets stamped twice. The board number and time sit together in a small note bottom right; Board 2 of 5 updates by itself when boards are added, removed or reordered. Switch the number or time off and the notes go; a header, once added, stays like any other writing.
